Refunds and Exchanges
My pendants are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Due to this, there will be no refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Shipping Policies
Currently, I try my best to ship orders the day that they're placed or the day after. In the case of a holiday or event in my life, it may take two to three days, but I will get every order out as soon as I possibly can.
As soon as I print out a shipping label, you’ll be emailed with tracking information and you can use the included tracking number to see updates regarding your order.
In addition, once the item is out of my hands and within the mail service, it is out of my control. I do not take any responsibility for how the mail service handles packages once it is in their care.
If your tracking number has not updated within 72 hours, you can complete a help request form on the USPS website. If tracking has not been updated within seven days after that, you can submit a missing mail search request on the USPS website.
Make sure your address is correct when ordering; if a package is shipped back to me due to incorrect information, I will require that you repay the shipping fee.
I also currently only ship to the US, Canada, and the UK. Canada and UK shipping is still in beta for my company and I will reconsider prices/availability of international shipping as I receive more orders. Thank you for your cooperation during this time.
Crystal Information and Care
I send a note in each order briefly explaining the metaphysical properties of each crystal. I still highly recommend researching more about these metaphysical properties, as well as researching proper care methods for these crystals.
Crystals have a wide variety of metaphysical properties, and crystals can open/access different chakras. Crystals are also attuned to different astrological signs differently, and wearing or using more than one crystal at a time can influence their properties.
When you want to clean your crystal, please carefully research how to clean it. Some crystals can dissolve or be damaged in water, salt, heat, or direct sunlight.
Crystal Sanitization and Cleansing
All items are always properly and safely sanitized before being mailed.
Every crystal in my shop is cleansed under the New Moon and recharged under the Full Moon, but I still recommend you do the same once you receive the item to ensure that it will serve you the way that you prefer.
